
Invitation Process
Contact us to schedule an appointment for a free consultation. Browse our designs or bring an idea of your own. We will discuss your vision and how we can transform that vision into a one of a kind invitation. You will have the opportunity to choose your paper, invitation size and shape, printing technique and much more. After the initial meeting you will receive a proposal with price estimates based on what we discussed. If you decide to go forward we will ask for a $100 deposit, which will be applied and deducted from your final invoice.
We will then send you initial designs based on our consultation, taking into account your personal style. You will have the opportunity to make changes until you have your dream invitation! There is no additional charge for multiple proofs. Throughout the design process we will keep you up to date on price changes, work with you to remain within your budget and ensure we remain on schedule so you receive your invitations on time.
Once we complete the design process an official PDF proof will be provided from the printer and a final invoice will be sent. Your approval and sign off of this proof will be required before we start the printing process. Production and delivery time is 3-4 weeks. A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the proof with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the final product.
Envelope Addressing
Contact us to discuss your envelope addressing needs. We will discuss your timeline, envelope size, design and price. Next we will send you envelope design samples and you will have the opportunity to make changes. We will not process your order until we receive your final approval of the design. Turn around time for envelope addressing is 2-3 days.
You must provide your address list to us in electronic format (Excel Word, Outlook, Numbers and Text files are all acceptable formats). An excel template with guidelines is available. Feel free to send us your ‘almost complete’ list. We will gladly accommodate those few late additions.
Once we receive your address list we will contact you with further instructions for dropping off or shipping your envelopes. If you plan to ship them be sure to send them insured. We are located in Montville, NJ. For a minimal fee we will provide pick up and drop off services to clients in Northern NJ.
Logo Design
Let us design a custom logo for your party. We will work with you until we get it right, providing PDF proofs along the way. Final artwork will be provided in any format requested, enabling it to be used for screen printing, banners, sign-in boards, stamps, place cards and more. See 'Our Work' page for samples of our designs. If you are interested in any of our custom designs they are offered at a discounted rate.
